• Cancellations for Customized or Pre-Ordered Items:

  • Orders for customized or special pre-order items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Refund Processing:

  • For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.

  • If an item is canceled before shipment, the order will not be charged.
